At SUPYAR®, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may also offer free shipping promotions on selected products, locations, or minimum order values from time to time.

Estimated Delivery Time

We offer both Standard and Express Delivery options across India.

Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • Available in selected cities and serviceable pin codes
  • Express shipping charges may apply at checkout

Standard Delivery

  • Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities in India: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations in India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,
  • Failed delivery attempts, or
  • Refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, SUPYAR® is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@shivohamenterprises.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, or
  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping may be available only to selected countries and regions.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their country.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
